  • Screen Printing: Use anti-migration base layer for dark or heather shades. 
  • DTG (Direct to Garment): Works on light colors; pretreatment advised 
  • Heat Transfer / Vinyl: Excellent adhesion and smooth finish  
  • Sublimation: Limited to light polyester-based colors 
  • Embroidery: Clean stitch lines, stable structure. 

Because of the polyester blend, migration or ghosting may occur during high-heat printing. 
For best results: 

  • Use low-temperature inks (below 150°C / 302°F). 
  • Apply anti-migration underbase (white blocker). 
  • Prefer vinyl, DTF, or sublimation for premium finishing on light shades.

Handloom Sample Approval Process – New Design Submission

Dear Customer,

Thank you for your interest in our handloom services. If you have an original design or sketch, please take a print and kindly share it with us (in PDF, JPEG) it will be good if you can provide pantone colors exactly to match, along with the following details:

Preferred fabric type (cotton, silk, linen, etc.)

Color palette/Pantone codes

Specific design notes (patterns, motifs, dimensions)

We’ll create a handloom sample for your approval before bulk production. Typical turnaround time: 15-20 days.
